Chris Pierce-Cooke will join Walking the Talk on 17th January, as an experienced CEO who has contributed to building many successful businesses and taking them to the next phase of development.

Notably Chris enjoyed a period of 4 years as CEO of Corporate Vision in Australia, the former business of Walking the Talk co-founder, Carolyn Taylor, growing it in a sustainable way and putting in place what was needed to support a larger business. Subsequently, from the US, he led the global growth of Right Management’s Organisational Consulting business, and the successful development of Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership Consulting Practice.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to join and lead this special firm. Walking the Talk is at an inflection point in its upward growth trajectory and impact with clients and their people. I very much look forward to sharing and deploying the knowledge and experience I have gained over two decades in further developing the firm, our people, and the relationships we build with our clients around the world”.

Chris joins Walking the Talk at an exciting time and will help to bring the company through its next phase of continued growth whilst ensuring the team’s ability to deliver the very best in culture transformation for our clients.

“Because of our focused strategy to help our clients align their cultures with their strategies to deliver the best business result, we always try to apply the same practices to our own business.  Walking the Talk is at the point now where our growth needs a CEO who knows how to take these next steps, and we are delighted to hand this role over to Chris.”  Carolyn Taylor, Co-Founder.

Chris will work with our existing Executive Leadership Team of Amanda Fajak, Jerome Parisse-Brassens, Rena Jordan plus another new member of our team – Rosemarie Dentesano.

Rosemarie joins us as the new Director of APAC, replacing Jerome Parisse-Brassens who will be moving a little closer to his native France, to support our rapidly growing European practice with Amanda Fajak and joining us in our Amsterdam HQ in his role as fellow Regional Director Europe.

Rosemarie joins us with many years of experience at Right Management, both leading successful functional teams and working with CEOs and their leaders at the intersection of strategy and culture.  She will be leading the APAC team from her base in Melbourne.

While the introduction of both Chris and Rosemarie to the team signals an exciting new chapter as the company continues to grow, it also marks an important step for our co-founder Carolyn Taylor, who having started the company 8 years ago, will now concentrate fully on working with key clients globally and supporting our teams who deliver services to these clients.

Those who know me well will know that this new role focuses on where my passions lie and the best contribution I can make. I’m also looking to finish work on my next books, and developing new ways to support leaders in their endeavours to build the best culture for their organisation.” Carolyn Taylor

2018 is shaping up to be a very exciting and strong year for Walking the Talk and we’re confident that these changes will support us in our growth.

Walking the Talk is a world leader in helping clients align their culture with their strategy to deliver business results.

Our proven methodology creates powerful culture transformations that leave organisations with lasting culture leadership and culture management capability.
