As we barrel towards a potential Brexit (British Exit) from the EU and watch on with a mix of intrigue and disbelief as the USA seems to genuinely consider Donald Trump as a Presidential candidate, I am struck by how much of the debate is being driven by the fear of difference.

Today Lloyd Blankfein says he will review all practices in the light of recent events.

 
We are all quick to point fingers at Goldman Sachs as we assess their behaviour against our moral code and accuse them of lacking integrity. They have lost the trust of many, and fallen from their position as the golden firm of Wall Street.  What lessons can we learn from their situation?

Today my family said our goodbyes and set off to our various homes across the world, after 10 days together over Christmas.  As always, we remembered how much we love each other, how we click back into the family grove together, and how much we enjoy each other's company.
